Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping (4–7 business days): Free on orders over $120. A flat rate of $7.95 applies to orders under $120.

Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional $14.95.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We ship to most countries worldwide. International standard shipping typically takes 10–18 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note: import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Contact your local customs office for more information on applicable charges.

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international), contact us at support@audacity.co with your order number and we will investigate.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Limited-edition items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, email support@audacity.co with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund is issued to your original payment method. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

We offer size exchanges on full-price items, subject to availability. Email support@audacity.co with your order number and the size you'd like. We'll send a prepaid label for the original item and ship the new size once we receive it.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will process a full refund instead.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@audacity.co. Include your order number and photos of the damage.

We will send a replacement at no cost and provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first.

If the package is still not located, contact us within 15 days of the delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a refund once the claim is resolved.
