Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account. Most domestic orders ship within 2–4 business days.

We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at support@audacity.co. After that window, we may not be able to modify it before it ships.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.

We're sorry about that. Contact us at support@audacity.co with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We'll ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong one — no cost to you.

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $120. For orders under $120, a flat rate of $7.95 applies. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Standard domestic shipping takes 4–7 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10–18 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale.

Email support@audacity.co with your order number and whether you'd like a return or exchange. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, slightly oversized silhouette unless noted otherwise. Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more fitted look or staying true to size for the intended relaxed fit.

We use premium heavyweight cotton (280–340 GSM) for our tees and hoodies, ensuring durability and structure. Our outerwear uses weather-resistant technical fabrics. Detailed material breakdowns are listed on each product page.

Some styles are part of limited drops and will not be restocked once sold out. Core staples are restocked periodically. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to be notified about restocks and new releases.

We recommend cold water wash, inside out, and hang dry for best results. Avoid bleach and high-heat dryers to preserve print quality and fabric structure. Detailed care instructions are included on the label of each garment.
